By accessing or using OddsDial (oddsdial.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the site

OddsDial provides computed comparisons between NFL and college football point spreads and totals and a published formula built from public game data, for informational purposes only. Every figure is the output of a documented model with stated assumptions and a visible back-test; it is an estimate, not a prediction of any game's outcome. Nothing on this site is betting advice, and no wagering is offered, arranged or facilitated here. Any decision to place a bet is yours alone, subject to the laws where you are.

Age and where betting is legal

OddsDial is written for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. Sports betting is legal only in some places and only for people of legal age there (21 in most U.S. states). Reading this site does not make betting legal where you are, and nothing here is an invitation to bet.

Lines and results can be wrong or late

Point spreads, totals, scores and quarterback starters come from public sources and are snapshots taken when the page was last refreshed (every few hours). Lines move, games are rescheduled, and a source can be wrong or late. Check any figure against a current source before relying on it. The formula's past record, shown on the site, is near a coin flip, and past results do not predict future ones.

No sportsbooks, no affiliates

OddsDial has no relationship with any sportsbook, betting exchange or prediction market. It receives no payment for referrals and links to no betting operator. OddsDial is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, the NCAA, any conference or any team or school; team names are used only to identify them.

No warranty

The content on OddsDial is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site is error-free, that outputs are accurate for every input, or that the site will be uninterrupted or available at all times. Your use of the site is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OddsDial and its operators disclaim all liability for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.

The content, design, and code of OddsDial are owned by OddsDial and its operators, except where credited to an original source. You may use the site freely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce or republish OddsDial content without permission.

We may update the site over time. We may also update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the site after a change to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
